I take this just before I eat now and the gut pain and other issues have all but disappeared after 10 years of suffering!!! I saw a nutritional doctor on YT who recommended this for anyone who has had their gall bladder removed and is suffering from lack of bile salts to deal with certain foods and assist with absorbing vital vitamins that otherwise are not being absorbed. I can't say how relieved I am.....just try it if you're also suffering.

Good product does help with reflux. However, it's a bit expensive I guess all good things in life are expensive. Advice: please see your doctor if there's no improvement to the condition after one month of taking the medicine.

Have been using these for over a year now, started because was suffering from acid / belching after meals. Recently ran out for a couple of days, and acid / belching / indigestion came back. These have worked for me, would recommend.

No idea what these are supposed to improve.

i like the brand for clear ingredients but unfortunately this is far too weak, to feel any difference you need at least 4-6 for a meal, not 1-2

Was very helpful while I was battling achlorydia (no stomach acid) And it's the best of all other brands I used. Don't need to use it anymore as my acid levels are back now :)

I've had a lit of experience with supporting supplements for digestion/stomach issues - and sadly these did not help. If anything, the indigestion feeling worsened and felt quite uncomfortable for a while. Obviously, these were not for me.
