Celmia Autumn Solid Loose Long Maxi Dress Cotton Caftan

Beautiful fabric and color. It is flattering and super comfortable. It washed and dried well. I especially enjoy the big pockets and 3/4 length sleeves. I can do tasks like housework and cooking safely because of the fitted sleeves (NOT batwing style). One quibble is the overall length is shorter than shown, but that’s probably another advantage. I’m ordering another, at least one more.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! exactly the kind of House stress I was looking for, minus pockets! It’s that good that I would learn to sew some. I am roughly 150 pounds, 5‘7“ and ordered a Medium. Fits great! Sits exactly on my shoulders and is not restrictive when I bring my arms across my trust, that’s a huge dealbreaker for me. I will say, the picture looks like it’s some softer jersey fabric, but I would almost go toward a linen/cotton description on this one. Not mad about it! It won’t pull up this way. Need every color in the rainbow!! 😍 Also! I got my fan out and typed it as a wonderful Autumn “Forest Green” from House Of Color. So happy with this!! Probably bump friendly but not nursing friendly. So excited to wear this dress all summer!

I love this dress! I’m 5’8 and 205lbs and the XL fits perfect. Snug across the bust line I will need to size up for more wiggle room and allow for any shrinkage.I bought white and it is not see through. Fabric feels nice. The simplicity makes the dress versatile to dress up or down. Got it for a cruise. Perfect for women who love a nice flowy maxi dress no matter your body type.

Poor Fabric quality, bad cut and design - I wanted so much to love this dress, but when it arrived I was so disappointed. The fabric is super flimsy and lightweight, but not at all flowy - it's crisp and firm, and does not drape well. LOTS of sizing in a tight-weave cotton. The armscye was way too long, and the chest area was not large enough to allow for my breasts (36 DDD). The length was awkward as well, falling too short for a Maxi-dress, and too long for a below the knee... Shoulder width fits like a dream though, so I know I have the 'right' size, just cut proportions are wrong. I loved the print and the color though, so through some careful doctoring, I was able to cut some gussets for the armscye from the top of the sleeves, and insert those to bring the arm hole in and up. I took 6" from the bottom and made a coordinating headband, and addressed the snug breast fit by adding a decorative keyhole into the neckline at the back. It is now wearable, but only because I'm a relatively accomplished seamstress and hate to lose money or waste materials. Don't waste your $ just because it looks cute in the pictures.

I fell in love with this dress, and with knee replacement surgery coming up, I ordered 4 of them in 4 different colors, all in size 3X, figuring they would work well for wearing during recovery from the surgery. In general, the dress is wonderful... comfortable, roomy, easy to wear and launder. BUT there are some gotchas. Purple: The purple dress is perfect. The color is spot on and the sizing and cut of the dress are exactly what I was expecting based on the product description. Pink: The pink version of the dress is NOT pink. It is orange. To be precise, it is a bright coral, and doesn't even come close to being the beautiful shade of pale pink shown in the product description. If you like coral, this color is an excellent choice, but if you're expecting pink as shown in the product images, you're going to be disappointed. Sizing, cut, and fit were all perfect. But it is CORAL NOT pink. Light Green: Again, the dress is NOT the beautiful shade of pale blue green shown is the description. It is green Pale green, but definitely not even close to the lovely blue tone with a touch of green mist to it shown in the product images. If you like pale minty green you will be happy, but if you're expecting the pale blueish color, you're going to be disappointed. Sizing, cut, and fit were perfect. But the color is not at all like what is shown. Dark Green: This color version of the dress was the most disappointing. The color itself is exactly as shown, but the dress itself is about 2-3 sizes smaller than the others of the same size, and the cut is very different. The neck opening is small and is not the same cut or shape as on the other colors, and looks nothing like what is shown in the images.. The arms are even smaller, short, and a bit of a struggle to get into. The overall dress is just a lot smaller and cut differently. If you want the same roominess that the other colors have, you're going to be disappointed unless you order it several sizes larger than what the description and measurements indicate you need. Overall, I still love the dress, except maybe the dark green version because it fits so tight. It is extremely comfortable and looks great on. Just beware of the colors not being as pictured, and, in at least one case, the sizing and cut being off.

It runs big. The quality was nice. My sister was pleased with it. She wore it to my Mom's funeral. It can be dressed up or down.

I knocked down a star because it isnt perfect for me but may be perfect for others. The material is strong although thin. And the pleated version of this dress is a little small in the bust if you have a large chest (34F). This dress would be perfect for Mass if not for these two issues. Ive purchased the next size up with the thought of wearing a full slip underneath to combat the fact that it is see through. Hopefully the 2nd purchase will be the charm. If so I'd definitely buy this in other colors due to the modesty and simplicity of it.

I like the quality of the material and workmanship. Well made. Looks very attractive and flowing when worn. Can be used casually or dressed up for entertaining.
