Great way to start your day! John MacArthur’s use of Gods word is always so practical and meaningful.

John MacArthur boldly teaches the Bible and not man's opinions or what society wants to hear in a watered down gospel. I also get his daily online devotionals. Good devotional to give as a gift.

Wonderful work of Godly truths straight from the Bible. It is our first reading of the day before we go onto the Bible. What a wonderful way to start your day with this easy, quick Word of God message which takes mere minutes to read but changes your life for eternity. As He teaches about Repentance, forgiveness, how we are truly saved and that is in contrast to what so many falsely teach today I am sorry to say, as well as life changing messages that will touch everyone. God will indeed bless you as you are faithful to Him and to His Word (the Bible) so make sure to add this one to your daily reading as a family.

Pastor MacArthur does a great job in conveying short, but powerful messages daily for us. This is an excellent book to start our days after our Bible readings. He can sum up a message in a few words that are full of teaching, exhortations, and motivation at the same time. A must read book for the whole year.

I love his books. I recommend them to anyone.

I will review all three volumes as one. If you are looking for a daily devotional to help you keep your eyes on Jesus, this is the one for you. Pastor MacArthur, a proliferate author, uses his skills and knowledge to help us walk every day with Jesus. The fact that there are 3 volumes amplifies that walk by keeping the reading from becoming stale. You can read a single entry every day, or you can buy all three and read vol 1 in the morning, vol 2 in the afternoon and vol 3 at bedtime!

JM is a master at distilling God’s work and often provides a perspective absent from many pulpits across the country. Each days devotional will inspire you to live a life that honors God and empowers you to help others on their journey.
