Porting perfection
Used these to help port a jetski engine. Worked good.

Awesome . These work and hold up far better than Dremel Style sanding drums.
Very pleased with cones. This was my first intro to using them. I use them mostly on wood, and a little bit on metal.

Not Helpful
I needed something to get in the tight corners and spaces, nooks and crannies for stripping some furniture I am refinishing. They seem to wear extremely fast and did not get in tight spaces. The pieces also unwrapped very easily, and would flap against the wood. They now sit collecting dust, and I will use them as a last resort.

These are fabulous for the finish work on my product! I sand a routed channel and drill holes. These are perfect!

These are super handy!
Unlike barrel type sanders these cones are attached to the shaft so they don't slip as the barrel types tend to. They get in tight spaces easily, such as the inside of wooden rings.

Worked as expected. Used to remove and/or blend casting irregularities in cast iron automobile engine head port walls.
