Good quality fuel pump. I modified a 50s evinrude 2 stroke to run on this fuel pump and it works like a charm. I like that it's metal.

The best thing since buttered bread!!
I have replaced numerous plastic pumps. This is 10 times the quality. It’s metal and the hose fittings won’t break off like the cheap ass plastic ones. Everyone should go to this one and screw the plastic ones’!!!

Worked as advertised **for a bit**
Here's the inlet, outlet, and vacuum source labeled!! I got it on the 2nd try. Installed this on my early 90s craftsman riding mower. If it fails, I'll update the review. UPDATE 12/3/24: 6 months later this thing is garbage. Looses prime, had to start my mower with brake cleaner, and once it runs for more than 5 minutes, had to run with the choke almost 100%. Replaced with a plastic pump from here and it runs fine now

No More Cheap Plaatic
So glad to see that someone makes a metal fuel pump for the Vanguard engines. The plastic versions get brittle from the heat and break. The pump is good quality and is a one for one fit.
