My Whole Family Loves This Book
A fantastic, interactive reading experience for your child. This book teaches you basic yoga and gives the poses kid friendly names. My child loves this book and we have so much fun practicing yoga with it's help!

Great for story time!
This was perfect for our ocean-themed story time. It has easy poses for kids of all ages and not too lengthy of a book. Illustrations are lovely, too. A hit with toddlers and pre-schoolers but I think the poses could be used for older kids, too.

My daughter absolutely LOVES this series of books! It is so fun to do with her and she has absolutely loved perfecting all of the moves. Highly recommend these - they are a great way to get little ones moving, stretching, and practicing some mindful breathing.

Great book
This is my two and a half year olds favorite book, she does not understand all the poses but she loves the pictures and we can do most of the together in the morning. This is actually our third time buying this book. She carries it everywhere and that causes us to lose it sometimes. It’s a pretty loved book and we are not really big into yoga. It’s just a great book for kids to begin to control their bodies

Great for Engaging Kids all Ages in Yoga
Just buy these books! My kids and I love yoga to help us relax before bed, to keep us calm in our calm corner, to do anytime really. My 8-year-old and 2-year-old are both engaged by all of the animals and poses. They love to choose the poses and to lead yoga sessions. We have all three books, and I highly recommend these for ages young and old. They are great for our family.

This is so much fun!!
My almost 3 year old asks daily if we can do “yogurt” (yoga) since this book arrived. The pictures are adorable, and the flow that puts it all together on the last spread is so great. I now want the entire series. Such a fun way for a toddler to explore their body movement and placement. Highly recommend!
