Is is it safe to leave the monitor unit plugged in over night in vox mode ?

I have been doing. Can’t see why it wouldn’t be safe.

Can the camera be tilted at an angle or able to move 360 degrees?

It can be tilted to cover all angles we have ever needed

can you turn down the volume of the lullabies playing through the camera?

Maybe via the left hand volume button with the down arrow.

Is it possible to order a replacement charger?

Maybe, I don’t know. You would need to double check which charger unit you need before buying. Or just contact the manufacturers and speak to customer services.
