I order way to many of these cause I use breakaway collars, but they always come fast, and are great quality. I use them for all of my cats, cause they are light but durable.

Customer service is first rate. I ordered two tags with identical information (except names), and somehow the one of the two arrived with only partial information. I texted the customer service department at the number provided, and explained the situation. They immediately asked for the correct information and sent me a replacement tag. The quality of the tags are really good, and the securing splint ring is very strong. Great product, great service. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't say this is the thickest or sturdiest tag ever, but it was very easy to personalize and came very quickly in the mail! Was able to put my dog's name, address, and my phone number on the front. On the back I put his microchip number. I chose silver and it's not the easiest to read from afar, but looks great on him and definitely readable!

I have bought 3 tags, 2 for German Shepherds and one for a Mutt...they play very rough and these tags are holding up so good and are so easy to read, I ordered one more for my new German Shepherd puppy....I've also shared this link w several people. I will definitely come back whenever I need new tags.

when I got it, it was really easy to read, but since I got it when my dog was a puppy he didn't like it so he constantly chewed on it so its all scratched up so its not really that durable. but as long as your dog doesn't try to chew it up its a great product with an amazing price

Loved it while it lasted lol very nice tag, easily readable, however the little clasp/circle to hold it onto the collar isnt very durable. After about a month of running around outside and playing it broke off and got lost in the yard (we have 3 acers).
