First Aid Only 520-FR All-Purpose Emergency First Aid Kit for Home, Work, and Travel, 158 Pieces

I did some research on first aid kits to find one for my car. I originally thought I would have to build a kit on my own because I couldn't find one that had everything you would need for a real emergency--until I found this. This kit has stuff for small injuries and for large emergencies. My husband is a certified EMT and uses this kit when he is off work. I bought it thinking it would be a great thing to have for my accident-prone children, but my husband soon took it because he liked it so much. We have used it for small "boo-boo's" and for when my husband splashed gas into his eyes ~don't ask. Thankfully, we haven't used it for a big emergency, but it gives great comfort knowing that we are prepared if anything should happen.I highly recommend this for every day parents who might need it for any accidents.If you are a medically-trained professional, this kit needs some "extras" to make it complete. I added a stethoscope, BP cuff, pen light, and lots more plastic gloves, but that was all. The kit has a few empty pockets and these "extras" fit perfectly. The kit is relatively small in size and doesn't take up much space in my car, or wherever you plan to store it. Overall, a great buy and worth having for any situation.

I bought this to keep under the back seat of my truck and that's where it lies. The size is small for the amount of gear you get inside. This is much better then just a boo-boo kit. I added just a few items to make a solid pew-pew kit. It is worth the piece of mind knowing it is back there if I need it.

This bag is pretty good. I wasn't sure from certain other reviews but it is a nice quality bag. The contents inside are also good quality. At first I was surprised at the size I was expecting a somewhat larger unit, as I have never purchased a first responder kit nor seen one.It is about 1 1/2 ft. wide by 7"-8" thick and approx 10"-11" tall and well suited for its contents, it has 2 outer compartments on each end and a zip up pouch compartment in the top and 3 separate compartments in the main area of the bag...I was surprised at the amount of items that you could fit in it, because there is still room to spare!Anyhow I just was in the market for a well made first aide kit beyond the store bought ones. So it is what the description says it is and is well stocked and well made. Thanks!

this is a cool kit. normally i just dial 911 but we all know how long they can take. this kit has everything you need for first aid. it came in handy during my new year's eve firework display. one of the kids got burned real bad. rolling them around on the ground didn't really do the job, thank god we had a swimming pool in the back yard. well once this younin' was out of the pool, we used this to stop the bleeding, bubbling of the skin and frying of the hair. we wrapped her head to toe. we called 911 and when the ems got there they were like, "wow, nice job, where can i get one?" this kit has everything you need, and it comes in the nice bag. i bought it as a gift for an RN and she LOVED it.

This first aid kit / bag has most critical items covered that one would need for a small medical emergency. There is some extra room in this bag to add items that you feel are personally needed to complete the medical kit. For example; ibuprofen, additional cleaning swabs for minor cuts or abrasions, finger splints etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the variety of contents and the durability of the carrying bag.

Purchased this first responder aid kit for off-roading with friends, often in remote areas where outside help is obviously slow to arrive. The entire bag fits easily into my Toyota Tacoma's bed toolbox already well loaded with off-road gear (tools, fire extinguisher, cables, straps, rope, traction devices, winch gear, etc).While this first aid kit is quite comprehensive, I did add a few things to customize it for my needs - a basic stethoscope, a basic blood pressure cuff, a better breathing resuscitator, a thermometer, extra tongue depressors, extra surgical gloves, several Quikclot clotting sponges (25 & 50-gram), butterfly closure strips, and a handful of small adhesive bandages/bandaids for small injuries. More than enough space for all these extras, with room for perhaps more.
