This product is amazing, I am really impressed with how the sound changed once I applied this rosin. I totally recommend it. It worth the price.

The Last Rosin You'll Need
This is by far the best Rosin I've ever used. I use it for my viola bow and it produces a smooth, focused sound with just the right amount of resistance. You don't need a lot to get results, so it lasts ages (unless you drop it! ;-)). This grade used to be cello rosin before its re-release, maybe that's why it stands out. I'm a customer for life.

Good Product Lousy Shipping
A high quality rosin which helps the sound. However, the rosin I received was cracked all around the base with an uneven top. To add on top of that, the sticker on the rosin case was torn and the case open....

I like this rosin so far
I like this rosin so far, it gives a softer sound than I thought and it isn't as grippy but it is good for orchestral.

Best available very cheap to use even though it is expensive initially
So I bought this rosin in 1992 for 30 bucks upon the recommendation of my violin teacher at Southwest Missouri State University. Doing the math it costs a quarter of a cent per day. My tone is worth at least that, and have the privilege to play violin tonight in the Dupage Symphony Orchestra, first violin section. We were rated the best community orchestra in Illinois for years 2008, 2013, and 2021 under the baton of Maestra Dr. Barbara Schubert. I think if the famous Chicago Symphony Orchestra would allow females, which they have not for over 131 years, she would be the conductor of choice. But alas, that benefits the Dupage Symphony. I have enjoyed playing for Maestra for 24 years in total. Ah, but I digress, the Liebenzeller Gold I rosin is extremely highly recommended, best rosin that I know of.

Read about it first
It's ok but I've read gold/silver rosin dust can harm finish on instrument and that was enough to make me switch. Trying Melo now and so far I like it.
