I read lots of reviews on this product and other products and came back to the Preparation H - which is the one name that everybody knows when it comes to hemorrhoids relief. I purchased this for my husband and in just a few days he is back to normal. It does not burn - it doesn't have a smell - it is just a great product that relieves hemorrhoid pain. I highly recommend to any sufferer, and it is a a great value for the money when budgets are tight.
