Evening Primrose Oil 500mg 90 caps

I've been using this product for about 6 months. It seems to have helped with the hormonal acne I was dealing with.

I like it but haven't really taken it long enough to know to what degree it is helping me.

This seems to be helping my daughter.

This is an awesome supplement. Similar ingredients to almonds, your body can utilize the supplement easily and get those essential fatty acids. See Youtube for why primrose oil is better than borage oil. The activity of the enzyme that converts linoleic acid to GLA (called delta-6-desaturase; written Δ6-desaturase) is slow and can be further compromised due to nutritional deficiencies as well as during inflammatory conditions, and that is why it is easier for the body to absorb it through evening primrose oil.

Upon receiving the EPO I opened the bottle was was sealed properly; however the odor from the bottle smelled like the pills were rotten. I had to throw the entire bottle away.I love Efamol EPO but will purchase from a store where I can return bottle for store to see/smell.
