It's very hard to find lower sodium versions of ramen in stores today. Pretty much impossible in the post Pandemic world. That's a problem if you are on a sodium restricted diet, and you like ramen noodles. I got the beef flavor. The flavor is pretty good. Trust me, you won't notice the less salt on flavor. At around 1 gram of salt, it fits the salt budget. The noodles are what you expect. Just like the regular high salt version. No gumminess. Don't expect great nutrition, that's not why you eat these, without adding things to it. However, at 390 calories, it takes away those cravings when it's too late to eat a heavy meal, or you don't have time to make a proper meal. There's no spice to the beef flavor. It's just right.

Honestly my Biggest Personal Pet Peeve About The Original Spam in A Can is That It Just Has Way To Much God Damb Sodium And Then If you Get the Spam With Less Sodium You Immediately Can taste the Difference In The Taste Quality This Is Basically The Same thing Except I can Boil 2 Eggs 🥚 and throw them in some of this Ramen With Some Pulled Pork Butt And Add Some Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce into the Noodles And Mix it Up With Some Sweet And Spicy GhostPepper Sauce And Its A Taste Of Heaven.

I really like the low sodium in these and that they are made with wheat flour. I think they're a little to pricey but,they taste great.

Nostalgic, tasty and high sodium. An occasional lunch. If you have HBP, I suggest you use only half the spice packet.

I really like the low sodium aspect. The price was very reasonable and the quantity is great for the price. I cook it in a little aluminum bsking dish, in my toaster oven -- it comes out just fine and I can easily eat it with chopsticks as well as silverware.

Definitely less sodium taste
