No, they do not come with the ladder.

Does this ladder come with the ground que bottom click step & the two bubble levels as shown & described in the video??

This ladder has the side-to-side bubble levels to ensure the ladder is level before climbing, but it does not have the front-to-back bubble levels. This version does not come with a Ground Cue.

Will this ladder be well packed/protected to prevent damage as this is an expensive ladder purchase.

Actually we had to return the first one due to a damaged bent rung. That one barely had 3’ of a box on the top end. The second delivery was much better and it had cardboard on both ends and was much better delivered. The ladder is great. Delivery was by 2 People so it is an outside delivery company.

Why is 28 ft. Ladder cheaper than 24 ft.?
