Blue Gauge Needles for 03-06 Chevrolet/GM Trucks and SUVs - Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, H2 - (Pointers Indicators Needles)

Great needles. I have a very rare car where replacement needles just don't exist. My originals were bent up from age. These needles (color and size) looked to be very suitable for my needs. But I basically needed to perform surgery that involved removing the post from my original needle. Then I needed to increase the diameter of the hole in the new needle so that I could insert/glue in the post from the original needle into the bored new needle. For example, like a dowel so that I could reuse the tiny post from my original gauge. The point of the story: these needles are extremely durable, including tough to withstand extreme customization. While most needles are one-piece or cheap made designs, these needles are actually made of two components: the black caps that can snap out (the cap has positioning for counterweights if needed), the pointer can be trimmed without shattering the material. All of what I describe would likely never be done in the majority of cases, except extreme custom situations. But the story speaks to the superb quality of the product as evidenced by my being able to drill out a good portion of it to accommodate the original post. When it was all done, one would never know the extent of underlying work which speaks mostly to the quality and durability of these parts. And it looks GREAT. Dr. Speedometer also has the same needles in clear. Great product and Excellent Company.

Mild pain to install but they look great. If you are changing the stepper motors install these at the same time with LED panel lamps for a cool new look.

Looks great against a whitefaced guage set in the daytime. at night is very hard to see the needles. Maybe if they were not transparent they would be easier to see at night. Otherwise, I love the cool look of the transparent blue needles.

Did not illuminate. Pit the original back on.

As a plastic piece. They seem to be made out of good material, sturdy and the right size. But when the lights came on. They were not as blue as I expected. More on the white side then blue. I guess the blue LED lights would help but I don't want to pay for them.

The needles were hardly damaged from packaging. And as to be expected, they fit on the shafts of both X25 and X27 168 Stepper Motors. Not to mention combine these with blue LED's and they look amazing!

Awesome needles!! Fast shipping and looks so much better than the factory orange needles in my 04 Avalanche. Came with tool to remove the needles easily, would recommend buying (cheapest in price) and looks great!!
