I use the bands principally for hip strengthening exercises when I am traveling. Their small size but powerful strength make for easy use on the go.

Wow! All I can say is that these bands work amazing! I had no idea that the band that I was currently using from the Brazilian butt lift was so cheaply made it was wasting my time. These bands do not stick to each other, so I don't spend 5 to 10 minutes on peeling it from itself. Very durable I look forward to working out with these more. Buy it! It's not worth the effort trying to find something cheaper and better. Good quality, economical and gets the job done.

Disappointed with the durability. Maybe I was simply doing things that were too much for this product but within a few weeks I snapped the yellow, orange, and green. Also, the yellow is quite a low resistance, though the fact there are 4 levels makes up for it.EDIT: After writing the above review I was contacted by the seller. They stand behind their product 100% and refunded my money and gave me a coupon code on another set. Have been using them since and have had no issues whatsoever. I can now say I recommend these to anyone looking for this type of resistance band.

These last no more than a month of using them 3x per week. When they arrived they already had small cracks on the edges so of course after a few uses the tension created too much stress and the bands snapped. This is actually very dangerous to use. I would advise anyone to not buy this product. I previously had the core performance brand bands and they lasted 2 yrs.******* update ******I sent and email to the vendor and they were very nice and refunded me the purchase. I greatly appreciate their quick and fair treatment. Perhaps I received a bad apple. Anything is possible, I do not know. But I am happy they stood behind their product.

I was and am very pleased with the courtesy and prompt attention I received from the Company when I e-mailed it about one of the bands I ordered. The Company not only immediately sent a replacement for the particular band, but also sent me a replacement for another band in the set, which I indicated seemed okay but might have a bit of overlap at the seam. Customer satisfaction appears to be a top priority with these folks. As for the bands themselves, they are just what I needed/wanted, and I look foward to working up to the highest resistance band. These resistance bands came quickly and met my expectations. I use them mostly at work when I'm tied to a desk for stretching and some resistance lean muscle building. Shane, from Team Health and Fitness, went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to ensure my bands arrived when expected and in proper condition. I love the different resistance levels of the bands as my hamstrings are very tight and I cannot use the higher resistant band, but for curls and shoulder exercises I can use the highest resistance band and feel a great workout. If you are in the market for resistance bands, look no further and buy these!

The bands I first received were slightly damaged, a small tear on the sides of the easy and medium resistance bands that made me worry about the lifetime of the product. I previously left a poor rating due to the damage. However I was contacted almost immediately by the company and they went above and beyond my expectations to make the purchase a better experience. I cannot say how much their effort was appreciated and was able to receive a new set of bands with no damage. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.
