Ancient Nutrition Methylated Multivitamin for Women 40+, Once Daily

I am so impressed with these multivitamins. They came fast and well packaged. The bottle was secured , so I trusted to take them. Now for the best part. You only have to take one a day. They are easy to swallow. They also have no smell to them. I am a 46 year old woman. For the past 3 years I have been going through perimenopause. For me, the worst part was the mental part. Every day I would wake up and just feel so depressed. I would do nothing but think about the things that could go wrong and just have horrible anxiety. I would also be very angry when I woke up for some reason. After a couple hours of being awake, I would feel a little better. Than around 3pm every day, I would be so tired and fatigue, I just couldn’t go anymore. I am also on HRT and I was hoping that would help, but after 6 months, I still felt the same. All of this was not only causing me problems, it was creating problems with me and my husband. I needed something to help me, I was desperate. I wanted to feel better. So I went to my Amazon app and I wanted a multivitamin. I did my research and read reviews. I have been taking these for a month. I swear to you , I feel like a different person. Good nutrition vitamin’s

This seems like a great multivitamin, easy to swallow capsule, thin and seems very fresh as well. I’m taking it only close to a week, and already feel more energetic, I really think it’s the vitamin, as nothing else has changed. It’s powdered and in a dissolvable capsule so it’s more then likely being absorbed better then a regular hard synthetic multivitamin! I would say the price is reasonable, the quality excellent! Great company!

Love these. I think they are still made in the US, very few fillers!
