I got acrylic plugs, NOT glass as described. That was when I should have known to return them, but I liked them so much I figured I would just keep them and it wouldn't be an issue. I've had my ears stretched for a good 15 years to 00g and they were loose, but again, they stayed put for the most part so I wasn't overly concerned. I have never ever had any problem with any type of plug I've used - glass, plastic, wood, etc., but after two days of wearing these my ears were so sore I could barely touch them. My skin was an angry red and the swelling was unbearable. I couldn't put saddle plugs in because of the swelling, so I put my regular stainless steel screw ons back in and four days later my lobes are back to normal. I have already contacted Amazon, there is no way I'm paying for these, especially when I was lied to about the material. I'm so sad too because they were unbelievably pretty. Other reviewers mention they got glass, so I'm not sure why I received something different, but be warned.

I received mine today. I had ordered the 9/16. Shipping was very fast, I love Prime. 😁 They are no doubt very beautiful, one of a kind and after testing with my caliper, the measurements are exact (14mm). However, one of my glass plugs is chipped and sharp, right at the flare. This is a very huge problem, disappointing and demonstrates poor quality control. Fortunately for me, I will only be wearing one of the plugs, due to my left ear being a 3/4. I am in the process of gauging both ears up to 1 1/2 inch, but my ears are stretching/growing at different speeds. This is the only reason I am not returning them. If I were someone else and/or wanting to wear both, I would return them.

Received these for my birthday and absolutely love them! I am at a 0g and it's just big enough to still have details of the jellyfish inside and specks of color here and there. They are lightweight and super comfortable. The back flair is wide enough to keep them in during every day activities, but small enough to push through when putting them on. I've only had them fall out when showering (the warm water stretching the lobe a little) and once when my hair got tangled and easily pulled it out.I wouldn't get any smaller than 0g because the details might disappear, but 0g is still good enough! Highly recommend these.

I have to say, I hated waiting so long for these plugs to get to me. Now that I have them, I am so happy. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL in every way! I love the visual depth effect of the jellyfish. I’m definitelt buying more from this company!

The good: They are gorgeous plugs, definitely not made of glass, but very pretty none the less.The bad: They are meant to be double flare but they are NOT. At first I thought it was that they just didn't fit because they kept falling out. After comparing the sizing to my other plugs they are the correct size, the back flare is just WAAAY too small. I tried to use them with o rings. BAD IDEA.The ugly: after trying to use them with o rings, my earlobes became enflamed, itchy, and extremely sore. They not only are too short for o rings but my ear now has a bunch or micro tears on it. I went back to my previous pair of plugs and my ears have returned to normal.I would not suggest.

These are so cool! I love them. Fast shipping even during the holidays. And they are pretty much weightless. Like seriously the lightest ear rings I've ever had SOOOOO worth the money!

Cute jellyfish gauges! Like some have said, one was a little last twisty in the tenticles than the other but still really awesome! Have received many compliments and inquiries.

These are my favorite! I got them to match my husbands and I wear them non stop. They’re true to size and look just as good in person, no kind of reaction either (& I have super sensitive skin)
