Can i plug this into the usb port on the power unit that came with my surface pro computer and use as replacement for original cable?

No! The USB port on the surface pro brick is not USB-C this is a USB-C > MS Surface cable for use with a PDP power supply. The cable works great.

Does it supports all Surface?

I have the surface pro 7 and I had to upgrade my wall charger (from a typical 30watt wall charger). I bought a 65watt wall usb converter and 65watt travel battery, both work perfectly. Per the description it needs to be a minimum of a 45 watt output charger/battery so I went for 65w to be sure

Does just charge or can I use for data transfer also.

Well it didn’t charge at all my surface so I don’t know if you can transfer data
