TotalStretch TS100 Commercial Back & Body Stretching Machine

I'm a 70-year-old woman and assembled this easily. The parts and wrenches are shrink-wrapped according to each step of assembly. Kudos to the engineers and packaging planners. My biggest concern was how solid and stable this equipment would be. I read some other brands were easy to tip. Not this one. My husband is 220 lbs. and gets an excellent stretch on this, as do I. Additional stretches, besides those on the exercise plate, are available at their website. Exactly what we hoped for. Light commercial grade. Front wheel makes it easy to move.

Constructing this product is fairly easy. All tools are provided in the kit. I'm used to using the Procor stretching machines at Planet Fitness, and I would rate this as similar size, strength and function for a third the price.

We used a more expensive version of this with a trainer and knew we wanted one at home because of the deep stretches we were able to do. We started doing research and found this for substantially less money. Great piece of equipment!

Weighs about 45 lbs with solid hardware so it looks like it’ll last awhile. The instructions are easy to follow and the hardware is sorted according to step which is great. However, the hardware for Step 2 was mislabeled so I had to sort through all of it to figure out what to use. All the drilled holes lined up except the very last one-of-3 for the handlebars which just won’t. The female slot for the handlebars was dented so I had to hammer it out in order to fit the male piece. It’s very thick metal so it had to have happened at the factory —delivery can’t be blamed.So yes, now that it’s together it’s ok except for the one screw that will never fit. Would I recommend?- maybe, but I’d say check out the competition first.

I saw this machine's cousin at my physical therapy's gym. Watching it help some serious injuries, I decided to get one for myself. This machine was packaged with care and their instructions for assembly were the best thought out and illustrated I have ever encountered. Using it has relieved stress and I am beginning to add length and endurance to my stretches. It is making it possible for me to help myself.

Use a similar model at the gym but really wanted to up my stretching to multiple times per day or if I feel a “twinge.” Met the expectations fully…. Good price, easy to assemble. Does take up more space in the bedroom than I thought it might but that is okay. Results are definitely there with more stretching capability.

Does what I need very sturdy and great customer service.

My wife bought this and I don't see much use of it as it has only limited purpose for the price paid.
