SO simple to use...managed to transfer my pictures and videos from my phone to my computer so quick. Now my phone has space again and doesn't freeze up! It's like getting a new phone! Quick transfer time too. I'm an old-school woman, if I can figure this thing out, anyone can. I bought one for my daughter too. Love this thing.

Moved and saved my pictures, but it won’t move or save IOS videos of family who that have passed away. Plastic housing seems cheaply made. Dissatisfied

There’s a ton of storage space on this, which is great. But it’s difficult to organize photos into folders, and not as user friendly as I had hoped.
