SAIJI Gooseneck Bed Phone Holder, Flexible Long Arm Phone Mount for Desk, Clip Bracket Clamp Stand, iPhone Stand, Mobile Cell Phone Stand Document Camera Nintendo Switch (Black)

Anyone complaining that this phone holder is too difficult to move, too stiff, or has some other problem with it is, in my opinion, simply not using it correctly. I honestly don’t know how this holder could be made much better. The clamping mechanism is absolutely excellent. It grips incredibly tightly, and I have moved this thing back and forth countless times—from my garage when I’m woodworking or working on my bikes, to my bedroom and onto my nightstand—and it clamps securely every single time. I have never had it slip or lose its grip. And the stiffness of the neck is actually one of my favorite things about it. It’s stiff enough to hold the phone exactly where you put it, but still flexible enough to position it exactly where you want it. If you’re lying in bed, you can position your phone in front of you, rest your arm comfortably, and scroll, tap, and rotate the phone without having to hold it. It honestly feels like you have some kind of magical ability to make your phone float in midair. 😂 I’ve bought hundreds and hundreds of products on Amazon over the past two years. I’m honestly probably a little over-the-top when it comes to buying things, and I research and study products pretty thoroughly before I purchase them. With that said, this phone holder is easily the #1 product I have purchased on Amazon so far. That’s not something I say lightly. If you’re on the fence about buying it, I can genuinely recommend it. The clamp is extremely secure, the neck holds its position exactly where you put it, and the whole thing has performed flawlessly for me. Absolutely worth the money.

bought this bc ive just been resting my phone against something at my desk and my charger reaches across my room so sometimes i end up accidentally yanking the cord and launching my phone so i needed something that could withstand that force and not drop my phone LOL honestly really like it but THIS ARM IS HARD TO MOVE AROUND. from table to device, i measured the arm to be around 36 inches but it really doesnt feel like its that long because of the curves you can create the arm: not for the weak LOL - i wouldnt consider myself weak but i had to leverage it against my body and use both arms to bend it from its original position in the packaging. not impossible but just harder than expected but that does mean that the arm is strong enough to hold heavy devices. sooo i wouldnt necessarily recommend if you need to move it often. does make some noise when you move it around because its just so strong. the table clamp: plastic and its stable and doesnt budge when i grabbed and jiggled it to try n move it - my desk is on wheels and i moved my whole desk with it HAHA super easy install clip device clamp: i love this clip compared to the retractable ones on the market. i love the ball rotator thing, super convenient especially because the arm is stiff AHHAA opens far enough to fit a device that is 2 inches MIN and 4 inches (MAYBE 4.25) MAX. has silicone grips so that it doesnt damage the device and doesnt let it slide or get pulled out, its super secure. EDIT: update after months of use, i love this thing and move it around fairly often. its still stable and strong but i can just pull it with one hand to a completely new angle if i needed to. it really is just that initial breaking in that is the hardest. although because of the length of the arm, if you happened to yank on the cord while your device is charging in it, itll bounce up n down HAHA i do find that sometimes i have to take my device out and flip the clip upside down if i want to get it at a certain angle. so the ball joint isnt COMPLETELY flexible at all angles but its a very minor inconvenience so id still recommend.

Seems great. It’s very stiff so stays in place. I use it for making sewing videos and it’s the only one that works well for closeups, and easier to position than the boom mount on my tripod. I use it on a glass topped table and the clamp is very secure. Read the reviews. It’s prone to break. I’ll be careful not to bend it back and forth in the same place, and will be gentle with the plastic phone clamp. Good value for me at $12.17. I ordered the "classic" version although I meant to order the 33" one. This does not have the "upgraded ball clamp" but the phone clamp does rotate. Might be nice to have a ball clamp but that is probably a weak point, and they are often not very stable. My photo shows that it is 28" from the phone clamp to the table top. That would be shorter if you are clamping on a very thick table or board.

This thing is GREAT!!!! It's VERY stiff, if you have any issues with arthritis or strength in your hands it might be hard to bend. BUT the stiffness is a good thing when you are positioning your cam and need to feel confident the thing won't shift from weight or use. I love it a lot. I've had it for months now and I'm coming back to buy another one for another room so I don't have to keep moving the one I have around. I personally love the pink rose color, it's a coppery pink and very pretty. The arm is long enough for me to attach it to my computer stand or my desk depending on what angle I want to stream. I use it to hold my iPhone which I use as my cam for streaming on Twitch and this has worked out really well.

Bought so that I could have my phone at eye level while on my computer so that I can glance and see who is calling or for vid calls. The holder clamps tightly onto the edge of the desk despite the overhang is only an inch and a half down from the top of the desk and the under lip half an inch wide. It doesn't wobble at all there. The arm is very stiff and yes it took some work to twist it as I wanted (I'm 73 with some arthritis in my hands) but it wasn't that hard to do and it stayed exactly as I want it. The phone is held tightly and won't fall. When you tap on the phone or swipe it will briefly move slightly but does not come loose and quickly stills exactly as it was. I am vey happy with the holder and glad I bought it, works much better than the one I had before. Really glad I bought it as now when the phone rings I can just glance over and see who is calling and if I answer I can talk to the caller and hear them clearly or have vid call if I choose without having to hold the phone. Yes the phone will wobble a bit on the arm when you hit the buttons but it is brief and the phone isn't going anywhere. Love it, very convenient.

Updating my review as Saiji got back to me after my original review was posted. Saiji did replace both my broken gooseneck cell phone holders, so they stood by their warranty, which I appreciate. The response was not timely, so if you are trying to reach them, keep that in mind. I don't like how challenging it is to find out how to contact them, nor the delay in getting a reply, but I respect and appreciate that they replaced both broken products. As for the product itself, it touts a stronger arm, which is likely true, since the arm is slightly thicker than the gooseneck product I purchased where the gooseneck itself broke. That said, the clamp for the phone is not durable, as that's what broke, in separate places, on both mine. The stronger gooseneck is supposed to limit the amount of wobbling the phone has, and I think it actually accomplishes that. This is not a bad product, but I can't say I'm thrilled either. As long as you know what you're getting, and that Saiji's customer support will likely be slow to reply if you do need to contact them, go ahead and order one. It'll do what it says. - - - - Original Review: Frustrated with two separate clamps breaking and Saiji not replying to my request for support Buyer beware for anyone who thinks they are buying a product that will be supported for the next 18 months. I've gone through a few options with gooseneck tablet/phone holders, and while this isn't a bad product, I'm definitely frustrated with the two Saiji gooseneck phone holders I purchased. Before I get into the breaks themselves, I want to start with the frustration I have with Saiji's support: This product's description says, "✔ 24 Hours Customer Service - Any question about SAIJI cell phone stand, please contact us via E-mail first time. We have a replacement with 18 months and professional customer service support." But there's no e-mail listed on the product page. Clicking on the hyperlinked "Saiji" just goes to the Saiji store page, and also includes no info on how to contact Saiji. Fortunately, clicking on the hyperlinked "Saiji" in my order gives me their seller page (https://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=1&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=113-1509080-3239457&seller=A20QQOGPQZ0N7U&tab=&vasStoreID=) which states the following: "1-year warranty for quality-related issues... Contact Us E-mail: [email protected] Support Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST" So, which one is it? 24 hour support, or M-F 9am-5pm PT support? 12 month replacement as long as Saiji says it's a quality-related issues or 18 month support? Either way, I wrote Saiji after my first phone holder of theirs broke. I still haven't heard back. I followed up with a second e-mail, that I also haven't gotten a reply to. Their second Saiji phone holder has broken since then. These is not the most durable things in the world. Not just Saiji's phone holders, but all of the sub $25 goosenecks for tablets and phones. That said, this product is one of two that I have purchased two of, and both the Saiji's broke, while both the tablet/phone holders (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PT3T8TV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I have continue to work. I've been stuck on my back for a few months with an injury, and that's why I have multiple gooseneck holders (see the image included with the review) hanging over my head to allow me to use four devices simultaneously. Using these daily means I probably have more experience with various gooseneck tablet/phone holders in the last two months than the after reviewer has over the lifetime of their order. Any criticism (devices wobble after touched, gooseneck is stiff to bend, gooseneck droops after tablet is seated) of this product is going to be the true for the other goosenecks, at least at this price point. This is not a horrible product, it's acceptable. But as you can see in the photos, both my Saiji cell phone holders have broken in different spots. (Both are temporarily fixed with super glue.) It's just not a very rugged plastic arm that clamps on both sides of the phone. If Saiji support were responsive and replaced both their gooseneck holders as they advertise, I'd be happy and give this product a higher rating, but neither the product durability nor the support are acceptable, and as such I'm giving it two stars.

Use this to play my PS5 remote play in bed, works very well! Holds my iPhone 17pro in a case with no issues.

If you want one that's gonna last this is the one it's extremely sturdy, the clip is strong but not too strong its easy to get your phone in and out but isn't so easy that your phone will slip out intact it has rubber grips on the tip of the grip that actually hold your phone straight as well as being a grip, it's a very sturdy but still bendable "stand" it is kinda hard to bend it and move it but, that just means if your setting it in a single spot and keeping it there, you won't have to keep setting it up you can set it up once and leave it I got mine for my wife cause she likes to watch her shows on her phone while she smokes so now she doesn't have to keep leaning the phone on the arm of the couch and dealing with it falling over all the especially since I have high anxiety and bounce my leg alot

Stong snd nice,, i think it need more length to be excellent

Just need to be more flexible and long

I ordered this July 4th/24 and I got it so I could watch movies on my phone before bed. I have a hard time falling asleep without a movie on (I dunno why). Anyways, I was able to clip it on, sideways, onto my bed frame. Instead of over my head. That way I can lay on my side to watch a movie. The gooseneck is very stiff and I'm a bit weak lmao....guess I need to workout. I feel like it holds my phone securely. One thing I notice is when I adjust the position of the gooseneck the clamp gets loose. Then I have to tighten it back up. That's the only thing that bothers me. Other then that, I like it. It's kinda hard to tighten when I have tendinitis in my wrists. FYI- I included a pic of how I set it up next to my bed in case I didn't explain it properly. My hand is showing where the clamp is located. I also have a charging cable next to it. So I can charge my phone at night.

The perfect stand that has made my life so much easier! I don’t understand how I used to live without it! It bends a little tightly, but accurately fixes the position you need!

It can't hold a switch at best it can hold your phone sideways also arm is surprisingly short
