I own a set of these. So the second set I bought was as a gift
I find the little ones are not so useful. I do use them if I’m filling up a water bottle. Most of the time though I only use the large square ones. I find them extremely easy to get out of the container. I take the container out of the freezer, sit it on the counter, and go away for a minute. When I come back the ice cubes are ready to pop right out. If you try to remove them straight out of the freezer you will have all kinds of problems. Just walk away for a minute and these will be your favorite ice cubes.

no problem but not the best either
love the two different sizes. slight smell when first opened. it's kind of hard to remove the ice, but we just turn it upside down and push from the bottom.

Ice Trays (orange)~ Cubed: Large 6 & Small 20
Both large 6 & smaller 20 ice cube trays are thicker than my others. Thicker ones are little harder for me to twist & push the cubes to come out, not as much give as the others I have. They are more stable, can be used one handed to move. I’ve only used mine for liquids & fat bombs. If you use them for anything other than that; sorry, but I can’t help.

Great silicone trays for freezing stock and sauces
I bought the silicone cube molds for freezing bone broth and sauces. They work wonderfully. Food freezes quickly in them and releases easily. I can freeze the broth and sauce in the mold, release them once frozen and store in a ziplock bag.I make batches of bone broth, which I often freeze in quart sized containers, but I wanted large cubes so that I could pull them out of the freezer when I just needed a little broth for cooking. The large cubes are great for that purpose.I use the small cubes when I make skillet freezer meals, like Garlic Chicken (similar to Bird's Eye Voila) or Beef and Broccoli (similar to PF Chang frozen skillet meals.) I freeze the sauce in tiny cube portions that will easily melt when the skillet meal is reheated. If you just freeze the food with the sauce mixed in, it becomes a large frozen mass of food that does not reheat evenly. I just place the alfredo or stir fry sauce in the small cubes, freeze, then place in a large ziplock with flash frozen beef I had cooked in the Instant pot and frozen broccoli. When I want to use the meal, I can just put it all in a large pan with a lid, add a little water and heat slowly. Same with the Garlic chicken- freeze the sauce, flash freeze cooked pasta, poached chicken, carrot slices, add frozen broccoli and you have a ready to go freezer skillet meal. These cubes are perfect for that.I liked that I could get one small cube tray and one large tray. I will be buying a second set so I can do larger batches.

SMALLER THAN EXPECTED
My fault for not really paying attention to the measurements, but the trays are smaller than expected. I was expecting more of a traditional rectangular length & these are squared off & short. However, they seem pretty well constructed & look durable. I'm using these for ice & nothing else. The smaller cubes are very easy to get out of the tray. However - the larger cubes are a challenge to get out & do require hand strength & some patience. As a 60 year old woman, I have neither. The large cubes are really nice though once you get them out & last quite a while in your drink. Hopefully I'll develop my technique & be able to get them out with less of a fight with a little more practice. It does help to rinse the tray with a little warm water beforehand & focus on pushing them out from the bottom individually.

Better than the other one I bought.
I bought some ice trays that were made of two separate plastics and they were awful. I like these so far. Don't leak, stay frozen pretty well and I like the "Whiskey ice" size as well as the smaller cubes. A little harder to remove than the cheap plastic trays.

Ehhhh…
The smaller one is easy enough to use but getting the ice out of the large one is damn near impossible. Unless you sit the ice tray out for 10 minutes it’s finger breaking work and if you try to use a little warm water to speed up the process the cubes shatter into minuscule pieces defeating the point completely.
