Perfect for my cat, big Ragdoll, so needed one that was a bit bigger than the usual ones. Easy to set 4 way locking. Easy to install in uPVC door.

Very good cat flap! Looks good and is just the right size for our large-ish British long hair(should say she's nowhere near as big as a Maine Coon). Glad got the large version as any smaller, would've been too small. Bought a new PVC panel for the back door and fitted this cat flap in around an hour(videos of how to do this are on YouTube). You need to measure the template yourself, but just be careful doing that and shouldn't have any problems. Fits very well. You do need to seal the edges with a bit of mastic, but haven't had any problems with it so far.

Well, it was the only black cat flap I could find. I would have much preferred buy from known reliable brands. But as I’ve installed a new door with black handles, black letterbox, you know, I need a black catflap! Anyway, it doesn’t seem very sturdy but it looks very smart. Only detail so far is that the draught excluder brush fell the same day it was installed. I had double tape and the stuff to quickly fix it, but otherwise I would have been pretty pissed off. I might buy a longer draught excluder brush to completely seal the outside of the flap, as there is a big gap, as others pointed out in their review. I don’t know how difficult it was to install as I didn’t do it myself.

This cat flap fits various thicknesses of door and is a fairly large size,so can be used by any cat be they small or portly. My cats particularly appreciate the transparent flap which allows them to see if it's safe and/or dry before venturing out. I like the draught excluder edges which prevent the flap blowing open in inclement weather.

Reasonable to fit, quite sturdy and the lock works. Unfortunately there is a fatal flaw. At the bottom of the tunnel, on the outside of the door, is a gaping hole, which when the rain comes is going to allow water into the internal of door and the rot will start.

It took our cat about 12h to completely figure it out and she's using it everyday without any problems since day one. My dad installed it for us and it took him about an hour. Magnets are not the strongest but works ok. Sometimes it doesn't close all the way but it's not a big problem.

Easy to fit and use and looks good... BUT, and it's a BIG 'but' there is a significant gap between the edge of the transparent door and the frame - see photo - one side is worse than the other. There is a strong cold draught coming through and it's not even a particularly windy or cold day for October (17 degrees). The magnet keeping the door part closed is also not as strong as previous cat flaps I've installed. This flap would be fine if you don't mind a losing a significant amount of heat through it or rain coming through. It is being returned in favour of a more weatherproof solution.

Fue fácil para instalar, siempre y cuando tengas una sierra caladora… Nosotros lo usamos para un perrito chihuahueño pequeño. Al principio le daba miedo, pero muy pronto se adaptó a usarlo.

Perfect for our small cat, we installed a 1” thick styrofoam insulation into the open window, then cut the hole to size and installed cat door into that. Easiest install, we did have to epoxy the door frame to the insulation because of how we decided to do it so it’s perm, but for the price keeps the house warm and with some treats/encouragement kitty loves the freedom. Door works great with a wee magnet to keep it closed. Had to prop and show how but she got it. Going to paint it out to make it pretty.

Mijn deur is een beetje te dik voor dit luik. Daarom ontstaat er een open ruimte en ben ik genoodzaakt om het luik andersom in de deur te maken. Ook is de borstelstrip niet dik genoeg en zie je rondom het deurtje een kier waar kou doorheen kan. Gebruik ook andere schroeven dan die erbij zitten want die zijn van ontzettend slechte kwaliteit. Dit luik is echt zijn hogere prijs niet waard.
