Arizona Natural Chaparral (Larrea tridentata), 500 mg, 180 Capsules

This is a very good product. I saw one review where the gentleman said it had a chemical smell. There is a smell, but it is not chemical. It is effective and certainly not a weak product. Worth the money. I don't take it regularly, just when I feel I am getting sick. Then i take it 3x a day probably for about a week. Iam on my 18th bottle at least.

My frequent severe trigeminal headaches have improved substantially since I started taking it five days ago - only one mild headache vs. as many as five per day before.

My Lupus always seems to calm down with this supplement??? There has not been enough studies on this plant. I have tried every herbal recommended for Lupus and always come back to this. Nothing seems to work as well at reducing inflammation and soreness. Science is just uncovering some interesting properties of chaparral. (from a PubMed article) Molecular mechanisms and clinical applications of nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA) and its derivatives: An update "NDGA is a strong antioxidant: it can scavenge ROS or inhibit ROS production, stimulate NO production, increase immune function, enhance central nervous system function, and prevent cardiovascular or other diseases."

The product label in the item description and a sticker on the actual product make it hard to see the ingredients list.

I don't have any problems with this supplement. I am very happy to have these in the pill form, because the tea tastes awful. It definitely seems to be helping. And it was shipped promptly and arrived with no damage.
