If you get migraines and want a drug free way to feel relief these are great. They cool you down and take the focus off the pain in your head. These are amazing for migraines! We have three migraine sufferers in our family and these strips are always stocked in our house. They are great on the forehead but also on the back of the neck. I also had ocular shingles and put the cooling strip on the shingles on my face, which helped a lot.
