JAVA coffee is a great tasting coffee.

Dark roast and a bit dirty taste, not bad but just different
This one is good, definitely better than Tesco coffees, it has a bit darker-roast taste compared to Lavazzas, which is fine if you drink it without milk (doesn't really taste nice with milk). Would recommend to people who like italian kind of roast and to those who want to reduce on caffeine because you don't need to brew strong to get quite strong taste with this one. Not my favorite taste, but pretty nice to try something different

Issues Grinding.... Not for me!
Nah.... Sorry Planet Java, these beans jammed the grinder from the first go, then had problems with the water pressure as a result, never had this problem with other beans. Tried a few times with courser grinding, same issues, then feared they would damage the machine. Had to empty hopper and use different beans, machine went back to making perfect coffee..... Refund issued, beans binned!

rich taste
great, rich taste of a coffee. I like strong cup of coffee so this blend works perfectly to me

I was expecting average but failed
I was hoping this would at least be something different to my ordinary lavazza or even better according to some reviews. Sadly it failed terribly. The taste is all but average. It doesn't grind so well in a manual grinder and the coffee is very flat and light. Both made in a moka and bean to cup. Save a quid and buy lavazza from that big American supermarket C.
