Does it come in all together like in the picture?

No it doesn't. It has all the pieces it says it will include. However, it's not anything like the picture. Very cheaply made.

It seems to be a medium. I’m a small and it runs a bit large

I’m a 23 inch. Will this fit?

Honestly, don’t buy this. I couldn’t BELIEVE how cheaply made it was.

What size its is? Small, medium, large, XL?

Hello Friend, It is one size fits for XXS to S.
