Bottle was broken
Despite the bottle being broken and the contents leaked, I have given 5 stars because this shampoo is so nice and I was able to obtain a refund. Smells amazing and feels really nice to use.

Leaked and pump not working
It arrived leaking. The cap wasnโt sealed properly. A lot of product was wasted and to top it all off, the pump doesnโt work! Best advice is to not buy this packaging. Stick to the standard bottles. Other than that, the product is good. I have used it in the past and bought this only for the functionality of a pump bottle which ends up having no function anymore sadly :/

Great product but leaked out of bottles
Love cantu shampoo and conditioner, it's a favourite in our house however when it's been delivered the tops are slightly unscrewed so leaks all over the bottle which isn't great. Luckily they were wrapped in zip lock bags, bit annoying hence 4 stars hopefully next time I order it won't happen again

Curly girl approved and so good!
Not only is it curly girl approved so my hair was soooo curly afterwards, it cleans like no other shampoo I've ever used before. I was really surprised on how foamy it was, and learned that I did not need as much of this as other shampoos even though I have really long hair. Afterwards my hair is so clean, and combined with the conditioner and a nice hair mask my hair has never been more healthy! The smell is nothing special but honestly, the important part is how amazing it is for my hair. I will have this bottle for a while too because it's HUGE and like I mentioned, I need a lot less shampoo now than my earlier shampoos.
