Do I really need a drop pitman arm or can I get by, by buying a adjustable front track bar?

Yes, you will need the drop pitman arm.

Do I need to extend my bump stops? Or is there a bump stop kit I can get to prevent the shocks from bottoming out?

so far I have had no problem with the shocks bottoming out but I have not done a whole lot of off-roading yet
