Everything came in one piece. Wonderful presentation. It even comes with instructions on how to use them, what the main benefits are, certificates of the stone's authenticity and you can certainly feel them. The jade roller and the gua-sha piece are for morning. As Jade is a stone full of energy and spreads and balances Qi energy (or chi if you will). The Rose roller is for nighttime. It's relaxing and is perfect for getting ready for bed. The gua sha is really great for releasing little knots of tension in your face muscles and can be used morning and night if you want. You can seriously feel the energy from each one. It's really extraordinary.You can tell they are real rose quartz and jade by how they feel. Rose Quartz is supposed to be cool to the touch all the time. Jade is cool but can become warm from your body heat and hold the heat for a short time as you use it.

Both roller attachments fell off the handle.I tried to contact seller but no answer yet after months.Very disappointed!!!I purchased this item a week ago. I have been using it every night and I like it. It relaxes my face and even helps me to fall asleep.I am using coconut oil with it now. I want to try it with a different one to see if that gives more visual results.So far, since day one I noticed less puffy eyes.Also, I purchased one for a friend and she told me her face feels softer.

*updateMy review was hidden for telling the truth. No one followed up about my replacement rollers.I was super excited to receive the rollers. They are really pretty and packaged very well. The presentation is nice and I appreciated the duster bags and headband. I wanted them to reduce eye puffiness and lymphatic drainage. However the first time I used it, the jade roller popped out and now its very loud and creaky. I can see the stone crumbling when it rolls. This is very unfortunate because it’s brand new. I still want the product, maybe mine was defective. I would like a replacement roller.Customer service contacted me about replacing the roller. I sent them two follow up emails since nothing was ever shipped and I received no tracking. No one answered or followed up. Super disappointed.

This roller is wonderful! It is easy to use and feels great on my face and neck. If you put it in the refrigerator, the extra coolness makes it an even better feeling.

Day two of using this jade roller and already the top has popped off, which caused the bottom half to fall from my hand onto the bathroom (tile) floor and break.Beautiful looking product but the cheap glue didn’t hold up.So disappointing. I’ve been looking forward to adding this to my nightly beauty routine.2 stars because it looks nice and is well packaged, including detailed instructions, but it barely lasted two nights.

These are real and have the authentication guarantee inside the case. You can tell they are real by how cold they are when you initial use them. Love them and would buy again. A great prices for all three items and the packaging/presentation was very nice.

It’s well constructed and it’s pretty. There were bonuses in the box like a cleaning cloth, storage bags and a hair band to keep hair in place. It is very easy to use and the massaging of my face feels very good! We’ll see if it help my old face rebound. I’ve been ill, and just had cataract surgeries! Couldn’t see so my face suffered! It didn’t get it’s usual attention!

I was so excited to receive this set after looking at countless other products and finally deciding on ordering this one. I was so disappointed that the gua sha arrived chipped so I can’t use it without scratching my face. The jade roller absolutely will not stay intact and the rose quartz roller has scratches on it. I tried emailing the seller at the email provided in the package but never heard back. Unfortunately I will have to return this....really inconvenient to go out at this time due to the current situation.
