would this product work for my legs? i have little bumps (not quiet razor burn though) that get on my skin after i shave, google said this would help

The bumps are probably from ingrown hairs. Look up African American Shaving Tips or Skin Care. This will have the best explanation. It is not just blacks that have the problem. It has to do with the coarseness and curly hair. Follow some of the tips like putting a warm rag on for 5 to 10 min. and or shaving in tub. You might also want to try Bump Fighter After Shave it seems to work. Bought some on clearance for someone and they said it worked great. Good Luck.

Do the tubes have a safety seal under the cap?

They don't have a safety seal just the cap!!!

Does it work for dark spots

Since it is very drying, it somewhat helps with dark spots as it can cause your skin to peel. I have dark skin so I have a lot of hyper pigmentation as well. I have noticed that the scars I already have don't really fade much from using the gel. What I can say is that using it on active breakouts helps in the sense that what ever mark is left behind is way less noticeable than the other scars on my face that were left untreated as pimples.

When does your skin start to peel ?

I've never had my skin peel from using this product, make sure you rinse it well.
