I always had challenges transferring pictures from my SE to my laptop. I decided to purchase this flash drive which plugs directly into your phone and you can easily transfer pictures and albums to the flash drive, - delete and free up space on your phone. I then easily transferred them to my pictures folder on my computer. Highly recommend. I know when traveling we can transfer our pictures and down load to our friends computer quickly!

I downloaded the app, very easy and user friendly. However, every time I save the files to the thumb drive, it will say transfer complete. But the files can NOT be found. or the files are unreadable once I plug it into my PC. I was counting this product to pull through to save memory because I film often on my phone. Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

First I had difficulty copying the pictures. After several tries I finally was able to get the pictures. When I downloaded them to the computer I had to download another program in order to view them because they downloaded in a HEIC file.All in all I am not satisfied. I had bought another flash drive and it copied my photos and I was able to download them to my computer but something happened to the usb connection because the phone would not recognize it. The photos were in a JPG file.

Files started disappearing after first use then bricked. Items are made lightening deals for a reason.BTW I did contact Amazon Tech Support and they did make arrangements for me to return direct to the supplier. I will update this review after resolution.After formatting and checking for errors, the drive seems to be working. I will not trust it with anything important for a while.

Openned the package and immediately popped it into my iPhone. Didnt bother with the manual as it prompted me to download their free app. With the app installed backing up and/or downloading photos, videos, music, and contacts (maybe even more) was a breeze and the app allows you to create folders to organize everything. Much more than I was hoping for and an incredibly inexpensive price.

I had a horrible experience with 2 different flash drives from 2 different companies. I wanted to give up. But I decided to give this flash drive a try. So I ordered this and I wasn’t sure if I would work. So I give it a try away. It literally amazed me. It backed up all 26.000 of my photos and all my music and contacts. Very pleased 😃

This is just a basic 128 Gb USB flash drive, which can work with a cell phone and computer. In order to make it work, NewFlash app should be installed on the phone and then pictures or any other files can be transferred from the phone to the computer. Works just fine with my iPhone X.

I use this to store, quickly transfer, and upload files directly to Dropbox using my phone / cell service when I am in a pinch. Also Dropbox stopped working my OS version, so this is a great workaround to use DB w phone / iPad. It’s fast and the app is great w iPhone X.
