Truly a wonderful little tool!
Love me some yoga toes! This is my second set - I've been using them on and off for years. Nothing relieves the pressure in my feet quite like these. They do take some time to get comfortable using, but your feet will thank you later. I've had toe surgery since the the last time I used these and was a little worried that they would irritate my toe/might not fit, and - while I have to be a bit more careful putting them on - they still provide gentle stretching and excellent relief for my feet.

People are obsessed with these for a reason
Very noticeable improvement to the functionality of my feet in less an a month. And my brain seems to release endorphins while wearing them, so they are weirdly pleasurable to use.

Quite painful but SO WORTH IT.
I love my yoga toes! I've been using them for a few years now and believe that my feet are WAY better off for having done so. I am on my feet all night at work and was getting to the point where I had to wrap them in ace bandages just to get through the night. My feet are wide so I had developed bunionettes on the outside of both of my feet which were unsightly and painful. The yoga toes were painful to use at first and I could only wear them for a few minutes at a time but as I worked up to it and my toes started straightening out, the relief was amazing! Once I got to the 20-30 minute mark I could start to feel the nerves all through my legs and right behind my knees relaxing in a way I had never felt before. This still happens when I wear them and it really feels so great. I got to the point where I could sleep with them and while it really made my foot bones sore at first (taking the them off was really painful initially!) I likened the effects of being able to wear them overnight to how it feels to have braces or a retainer. Eventually the bones move enough so you get used to it and it is no longer uncomfortable or painful. Nowadays I don't wear them daily anymore as I've essentially achieved the foot straightening and pain relief I was looking for but I do sleep with them about once a week as a maintenance thing or after a particularly rough shift. Highly recommended, especially if you are in it for the long haul. My bunionettes are still there but vastly improved as my pinky toes have now straightened out. My big toes are now dead nuts straight. My mom was the one who initially mentioned these to me and she has achieved the same effect as I have - and her toes were way more crooked! I'd say it took about a year of diligent daily use and a lot of soreness when wearing the toes but a lot of relief afterwards to achieve my results. Oh and a year of sucking up how nerdy it is to slip yoga toes on right before going to bed with your partner. But the results were worth it! *2020 UPDATE* I am still using this same pair of yoga toes to provide periodic relief for my tired feet when I sleep. BEST PURCHASE EVER. My toes are STILL straight and I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone with crooked, painful toes and feet.

Rejuvenating a Lame Foot
I've had a yet-undiagnosed issue which has caused one of my feet to swell for months. Although I've been to several podiatrists, none have made a definite diagnosis much less treatment plan as of yet. However, I have noticed that putting cotton balls between my toes has helped at night. As an extension of this, I have decided to try YogaToes as cotton balls are not very practical in the long term. I will be updating this post as I see (or don't see) results. The build quality of these seems sufficient. The material is very durable, and I don't see it tearing or warping with normal use. It's EXTREMELY sticky though. If you have pets, these will quickly become gross if you walk around as they attract every stray hair. They are basically like large, toe-shaped sticky hands. You can clean them easily with regular soap and water, though, so it's not really a big deal. 6/25/2015: So far, I've been using these for about a week and already I'm noticing significantly less swelling during the day. My foot feels really good after wearing the YogaToes in the morning. I've been gradually building up my tolerance to wearing the YogaToes for longer periods of time, but they still get really uncomfortable in about 15 minutes. 7/09/2015: I haven't been using my YogaToes every night. Some nights, I forget because I'm in less pain while other nights I am reminded to use them with every step I take. There has been a significant decrease in the swelling I experience, probably around 30% at this point. I can wear the YogaToes for much longer periods of time, but my pinky toe becomes very uncomfortable.

Highly recommend for neuromas - use lotion to put on!
I deal with Morton’s neuromas and went with this brand over the other cheap knockoffs on Amazon. Highly recommend rubbing a little lotion on your toes and these will easily slide on. My only regret is stopping wearing them! I just got back into it again and suggest doing it at night if you’re watching tv.. throw them on and watch an episode or two. Definitely not meant to walk around on, so take it as a time to focus on self care! Definitely has made a difference in foot pain and helping to stretch the compressed nerve issues. Glad I kept these for years!

Takes time and patience but it does work!
I was definitely skeptical but I bought these for a bunion that occasionally flares up and causes pain on my right foot. I started with 15 minutes a day and have worked up to an hour daily for 4 months and have noticed no more pain, and just recently noticed actual improvement on the appearance of the bunion. I did not think that would be possible, but it is working! I logged back on to amazon to post this review 4 months after my purchase to share - an hour a day for 4 months and you may also notice physical results! Good luck.

Uncofortable to leave on longer...
Yes, they work at spreading the first 4 toes. BUT. Because they are round, they dig into your skin leaving a dent and discomfort. And the pinky isn't being spread out as much as it should. They should be flat and wedge shape. It would be a good idea to have 2 sizes. medium/normal ... and large. I've tried many different styles .... i have a good perspective. I also leave them on for hours at night or while sleeping, to get the most benefit. But these dig in and hurt after about an hour..... taking them off you can see where they dug in leaving a little curved gap. I'm lean and no swollen feet. Men size 9.5 and for me they could be larger/thicker spacing... especially the larger for the pinky toe... they always need to the most help, on most people. A note for girls/women..... stop wearing narrow shoes... you are causing your own foot problems. Find dressy shoes with a wide toe space.

A Must for Happy Feet
I've suffered with plantar fasciitis off and on for a few years now. The first two toes on my left foot, also get crampy and tingly when I run. Even with supportive tennis shoes and orthotics, my feet weren't 100% happy. I tried these on a whim and I am beyond happy I did. As other reviewers have stated, they are painful the first time you put them on. Over time, my toes have gotten used to being stretched and I can wear these for over an hour at a time. The pinky toe on each of my feet is still struggling to get with the program, but I'm hopeful they will catch up with the rest. I've been using these for close to a month now and I can already tell the difference. The toes on my left foot don't go all numb and tingly after a run, and I haven't had any heel pain when I walk. I plan to continue to use these and hopefully keep my feet happy. Highly recommend.
