I ordered one of these tags for our dog as we liked the previous, similar tag but the information was outdated. I like everything about the tag except that during the ordering process, the supplier said that the characters would be all caps unless the customer asked for different in the comments. I wanted the tags to be in caps and lower case exactly as I had typed them in customization boxes and so I asked for that but the supplier sent the tag in all caps anyway.Not quite a deal breaker and the tag is certainly nice but they didn't do what was asked of them after they said they would do so on the page for the product. It's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.BTW, the previous similar tag was done with caps and lower case exactly as specified.

As promised, it is slightly curved, and it is smooth, without any rough edges. The printing is clear and exactly as ordered. Also, unlike the other rectangular tags I've had in the past, I was able to get it on the collar without too much of a struggle, and it's snug enough not to fall off.

I ordered the closed tag, realized I need the open tag after receiving original order. With 45 mins of msg’n the company, had new order placed with 1/2 price refund, very acceptable!! Tag looks awesome!!

I like the closed end tags so that I can sew the tag onto our dog’s collar. He’s a growing puppy so we expect his current collar won’t last him through to adulthood, so I am relieved it will be easy to reattach this tag to his new collar. The most difficult part of ordering this tag is trying to come up with clever engraving. I could not be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this product. AND I received it much sooner than Amazon predicted.

I still have this on my dog and it’s almost been a year it is still able to be read and easily to clean off if it get dirty stands up good

We had one tag for our dog a year ago, and even though he's super active and always on the move, the tag stayed in place, never falling.We now got a second dog and we order a tag for her. Again, it came on time and it's great quality.

UPDATE: I reached out to the company to see what could be done about the poor design of the tags I received. I got a quick response and they offered to redo the tags for me. I received the new tags (different style) in about a week or so. Further evidence that while I still don't recommend this particular tag, Lucky Pet IS STILL STELLAR! Rather than purchase this tag, I recommend their flat-on-the-collar jewelry tags. They affix to the collar with a piece of special velco (that has never failed us after many years) and actually do lay flat! Thank you Lucky Pet!----I have always (better part of the last 2 decades or so) ordered my pet's tags from Lucky Pet. Typically, I go direct, but was pleased to find tags a little cheaper through their Amazon storefront. Previously, I've ordered Lucky Pet's jewelry tags that lay flat on the collar and are affixed with a piece of velcro. After a long while the velcro starts to curl and lose its "stickiness," so this time around I thought I'd skip the velcro and go with slide-on tags. True to form, I received well-engraved stainless steel tags quickly in the mail. MUCH to my disappointment, I slid the tags onto my dogs' collars to find both collars lumpy and misshapen by the tag. I measured the thickness of both collars prior to ordering, but I think perhaps 1/16" (or a piece of ribbon) would be more accurate than 1/8". The leather collar was quickly scratched up by the sharp edges of the tag's loops and my other dog's silicone collar looked no better. I actually thought the sharp loops might slice through it. I'm not sure what I'll do with these tags since I'm unable to return, but I wish I'd read similar reviews before ordering. It honestly didn't occur to me since Lucky Pet has always been stellar. I'm especially bummed as I purchased two tags. Do not recommend this particular style tag.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered a closed 1 inch tag - customise now button wasn’t available to customise - and when it did arrive it doesn’t fit a standard 1 inch collar - collars now have a thicker more comfortable lining which cannot fit the narrow eye of the tag and it even spoilt my leather collar at the edgesInner edges are not polished wellOverall quality is also not so goodFont used is bad
