*Update* I was contacted by customer service after my initial review. They replaced the camera and we were able to get connected and download the app. 4 stars for quality, and 5 for customer service! For the price, I’m impressed.My husband and I never could get this camera to sync to our WiFi. We have set up other cameras, a Roomba, wireless printer, etc. without trouble, so I don’t think it was operator error. This camera was returned.

Took a reinstall a couple of times to get it going but once I did it was great. I assume it has great motion sensors as it comes on when I walk in the room. I'm pretty sure it's something I'm doing but the micro SD card is not recording and I don't get alerts when someone is moving around. I use this to watch over my apartment as I like to check up on my cat and the likes. It might just be me or the app but there could be a few bugs to iron out to make it more user friendly.

It had horrible picture quality, it was not HD at all it was very pixelated. I couldn't see any details. Also the app is horrible it's very slow and laggy. For some reason I couldn't access the app when I'm not connected to the WiFi. I bought this so I can keep an eye on my dog no matter where I'm at. I do not recommenced get something else.

Not only does it look nice but it's super easy to set up. The image is crystal clear day and night and the audio is two way so that gives this camera so many possibilities. My favorite part is the motion detection because you don't have to go through hours of saved video. It has a slot for an SD card so you're not storing everything on the device. You can share with the family if you want and it works across different platforms. For the price, you can't beat it.

This was very simple to install, it took a minute to get it to work while I was away and not just using the WiFi but it was a simple fix. True 360 view but I must notate that the oscillation is not 360 full circle it stops at the end and you have to go the opposite way to get the other view. The price was amazing and great quality, including sound quality. This was a gift for a friend and she loves it!!

I love this camera! Such a clear image. Easy set up. I can watch what's going on in my house at any time from my phone and the sound of me speaking through it is very loud. I just wish I'd get notifications when there was abrupt movement but, for this price and quality I have no complaints.

Hi, i have 2 of these cameras installed WithOut Account. I do not have any cloud subscription service. This was to avoid camera stream being accessed from outside home. Strangely I was able access the cameras remotely through the V380s app. This means the camera IDs, passwords and streams are sent to a server even if yoi didn't make any account with v380s app. Beware.

We ahve had this in our new office for a while now as a cost effective alternative to full on CCTV.It works great, can view the office from anywhere on my phone, talk back and forth with people in the office, though there is a little lag. The night vision works really well and being able to rotate the camera from my phone is awesome. would recommend

The camera picture and night vision is superb when it works but the app is awful and the camera itself keeps loosing connectivity. Endless off and on again reboots, sometime this works and sometimes not. Other times it sits there a resets itself for no reason. It's too unreliable to be of any real use. just terrible

Old software, bad camera and problematic connection.

Bought two to monitor my elderly father in bed and another one placed on landing - works at treat & very good for peace of mind when nobody in house with him. Easily installed and can be viewed and moved by multiple users on mobile phones.

This is a great little camera!Took me around 15 minutes to set it up. So easy. Very good sharp picture and sound. I haven’t used the app from outside yet, but will update when I do. Recommend.
