Worth it if you work outside
These are worth the price. I work outside around chemicals and changing weather conditions. They’ve been dropped and squashed. Wipes with anything available and still keep going. They’ll last me a little over a year under harsh treatment by me.

Durable Sun Glasses
Good protection and comfort. They are also stylish and durable. I got them for my wife as a back up pair of sun glasses, now they have become her everyday shades. I can buy three pairs for the price of normal sun glasses and they don't break after a week. I would buy them again.

Nice
Good sun protection. I liked the color and the fit. It's hard to tell when you look online at sunglasses. I must say these were a good buy.

Great pair of shades
Great pair of shades for the work site. I wear them everyday and they have held up well. Great value for a pair of sunglasses under $10

Just missed the mark
Let's start with shipping. These came in a padded paper bag with the glasses themselves inside of another clear plastic sealed bag. Not really the greatest packaging for glasses. I was expecting a box. These look as good on the job-site as they would on a hike and bike trail. The temples(aka arms) are lighter than what the pic shows. It's closer to a smoky gray. Still looking good. The arms also have an elliptical? hole about halfway between the hinge and the earpiece, hopefully keeping sweat from building up and making them slippery. The size is not what I was expecting. They are tight on the sides of my head so that they really don't rest on my nose. I would have picked something else if I was at a store just based on the size. What about protection. These do not meet ANSI Z87 2010. They exceed that standard. These are actually Z87+U6 L3 safety glasses. What does that even mean? Markings Impact protector (must meet High mass Impact, High Velocity Impact and Penetration tests) shall be marked Z87+. The features on this page suggest a weaker lens. What is U6? UV-protective safety lenses (tinted or untinted) that are in compliance with the latest ANSI Z87.1-2010 standard are marked with a "U" and a number ranging from 2 to 6, with lenses marked "U6" providing the highest level of UV protection. Lastly they also have an L3 marking. That shows how much visible light it filters. The scale goes from 1.3 up to 10. If they were slightly bigger(wider and taller) they would have earned a 5 star rating. I will update this review after I do some weedeating. It's 2 weeks later and I have done a lot of weedeating with these glasses. First I need to offer some background iformation. Why did I order these. Some of us just squint and take it. That's a VERY BAD idea. The only possible downside to having these on is that we may get overconfident. Anyways what was the genesis for my purchase? I was pounding an 8 foot grounding rod into the ground. It's started with a manual 2 handled driver on a ladder. I have done this before on multiple occasions with fence posts and rods. I never needed glasses. Let's clarify that. I never wanted glasses. The last time I was driving a rod it was going smoothly. I got off the ladder and continued to drive the rod into the ground. I was then hit was extreme pain in my eye. You know that pain that is um debilitating and drives you to your knees and then to the ground? It was like I was bathing in it. I could finally think straight and spit out some blood while I continued to hold my eye and get over the mountain of pain. It subsided and I finally looked at my hand. Was it covered in blood? Yes. My eye was in so much pain. I could finally stand and go home to check on my wound. Manually pulling up my eyelid proved it hurt a lot more and my eye was still there. After cleaning it I saw had a gash across my eyelid. People get black eyes and cuts on their eyebrows all the time. This however was directly over my eye. Let's call one of our local nurse call centers. I was not allowed to finish. She responded with excuse me sir. I am not trying to be rude but you need to go to the emergency room immediately. Of course the hospital needs to err on the side of caution but with previous calls I had never been interrupted or told to visit an ER immediately. I received some stitches and released shortly thereafter. Could this have all been avoided with these glasses? YES!. Do you see the words coming out of my keyboard!? Don't wait until you have a grievous injury that permanently affects your sight. I used to LOVE to look up at the stars and planets at night. Now I have a gimp eyelid that makes it not so nice. Finally let's get to the weedeating. As I said, I used to squint and bear it. Occasionally getting hit by small or bigger stones and grass/weeds. However I now always wear these glasses when my eyes could be at risk. Weedeating has become so much easier. I have always enjoyed it to a point but of course the debris was irritating and occasionally painful. For about the past 7 hours I didn't get hit in the eye once and no squinting. Sure, sunglasses can stop a blade of grass. A pebble is a much different story. Bottom line? grab a pair of Z87+ U6 safety glasses. Crossfire seems to make their glasses too small. My first impression is that they are a cheap company. They compromise size for profit. Just be aware that their one size will not fit all. They are not comfortable. They are tight on my temples and do not rest on my nose. The lenses of course don't have any kind of anti-fog properties which is a MUST when working outdoors. I didn't subtract any stars for that. That is not a feature for this particular product. Stopping every 10 or fifteen minutes to clear your lenses means downtime. That's a bad word. In addition to other issues I expected the lenses to have the Z87+U^ marking. They do have some unobtrusive markings on the lenses but NOTHING that suggests Z87+ quality. To apply this marking to the arm seems very odd. Why not apply the Z87+ marking upon the lens that has been given that rating? Anybody can have those markings on the arms of glasses and then use any lens. It doesn't install confidence in this consumer. GET YOURSELF SOME SAFETY GLASSES!!!

Love them!
I bought 3 pairs for me and my boys. They arrived on time and were packaged good. All 3 of us work outside and have been using them. We love the way they look and feel. I just ordered another pair for me as a backup. Will definitely continue buying from this seller.

Nose pieces
I wear them working in the oilfield in south Texas my only problem has been the nose pieces one tends to fall off rather quickly so I glue it back and that lasts about 6 months does anyone else have this problem. Got another pair and September nose piece fell off so that’s about 4 months on these other than that they have been great.
