Beatrix New York Lunch Box: Penelope, Purple

I have to admit it, I'm a Beatrix NY fangirl. I bought our first lunch box 7 years ago, and have bought MANY more products in the intervening years. Yes, their products are quite expensive, but they just can't be beat for the most adorable characters combined with the highest quality. My daughter is OBSESSED with octopuses, so as soon as we saw this lunchbox she had to have it. And we lucked out because we were able to get it on Amazon for half of what I would pay at beatrixny website. I love how all their characters have a little backstory, and my daughter loves to hear Penelope's story.The lunch box is easy to clean (can even be tossed in washing machine if needed), holds her 'Bento box' style lunch ware, and gets so many compliments. My son has a dinosaur, and even I use one (Mochi the penguin), and they have all held up amazingly well. Can't say enough good things!

Wish it was a tad bit larger to hold a drink or some kind of net on the outside to hold water bottle. Overall, it's a great lunchbox. It gets dirty easily but I put it in our washing machine a couple of days a week on hand wash cycle and stains are easily removed. My daughter also has the matching backpack and it's wonderful. This is her second year using it and it has held up very nicely.

Good size. My daughter loves it. I am able to get her Yumbox, a juice box and ice pack inside with no space issues. Also like that its easy to clean.

Sturdy and adorable. Fits a Yumbox bento plus other stuff.

Fantastic lunch box. You can put in dishwasher or washing machine to clean. Better quality than any others I've tried.

I'm a big kid and I LOVE Beatrix New York products. High quality, no pesky chemicals or coatings, have also purchased the soda-can sized hot/cold soup/beverage containers. My coworkers covet my lunchbox! I want to collect them all ❤️

Very cute, and very good quality, but still overpriced in my opinion
