Now the "go-to" incontinence pad
Top feature: absorbancy & thickness. These are so much thinner than alot of incontinence pads. But they hold more liquid than the big brands. These are larger in length & width, cutting down on alot of bulkiness. The adhesive strip does its job better than any pads that I've used.Mom uses the pads inside the Depends as extra protection. Since she is bedridden, wetness is something that must be addressed constantly. These really do help and feel alot more comfortable while covering more area.Highly recommend!

Best overnight pad there is
I have tried every pad of all sizes, every brand there is, both pads & disposable underwear, and I can tell you that this is the ONLY one which doesn't leak. I alternate these with another top brand of pads at night, and the other one isn't as wide as these, and half the time my underwear gets wet. With these Medline pads, my underwear very, very rarely gets wet because these pads are wide enough. I also like the maximum pads for the daytime.

Best Pads I've Found So Far
I not only have heavy menstrual periods but I also have bladder control issues. I needed a pad that was as wide, long and absorbent as I could get. Regular period pads were no longer working as well for me, even the overnight pads. Overnight bladder control pads also were not quite what I needed. Someone recommended these Medline Contour Plus pads to me. Because they are only a few dollars more than the bladder control pads I'd been using, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did, as these are the best pads I've tried to date. The best thing about these pads is that they are very long and very wide. They give you more coverage for all times of the day and night and for when you are more active than normal. They also help with unexpected gushes of fluids. The worst thing about these pads is that the adhesive strip on the back of the pad that adheres to your underwear is too thin and the adhesive is not strong enough. The strip needs to be twice as wide as it is now and needs to be twice as strong as it is now. If they were to change this, this item would be a five-star product for me. These pads are fairly soft and flexible and are not too thick. I don't feel like I am wearing a mini mattress when I am wearing them. These are a great pad overall.

Not individually wrapped but The Price is Right!!!
Not being individually wrapped is not a deal breaker, but it would help with disposal. The pad is thin but holds a lot. I really don't know what Max Absorbency is for this pad - 3 drops tells me nothing. If all companies would get on the Cup bandwagon we could more easily compare. I normally use a 3 cup pad but I only need a 2 cup but my usual brands length for that is too short. The length is just right for me. This one is wider, which I like but because it's thinner, doesn't create a problem. The only problem is because they are wider, they need a wider adhesive or make 3 thinner strips so they stay attached to the edge of the panty. The adhesive is good and the paper strip is quiet. Love that when you're traveling.

Pads are very small and thin but I’m using them. Won’t order again

Best booster true ever!
At last, a booster pad that offers the size, bulk, and wetness barrier that should define a true booster pad. It has been an expensive and sometimes an embarrassing journey of leaks and letdowns in trying several products with disastrous outcomes. Medline is now the product for me.

New tool for care givers
I didn't know about these the first year my mother became bed ridden and now they are a go to resource especially overnight. The "ultimate" size is very absorbant and the adhesive sticks really well to both pull up and tab incontinence briefs.
