It good but......
It's an excellent grip trainer, but I think the manufacturer could further improve the design. At least, with my dinky small hands, I found the grip handles very small and slippery. At a bare minimum, I believe the handles could be much better if they were an inch longer.

Awsome grippers 200 definitely a challenge taked me mouth training till I could close for more one rep it and I done grip training brefour I recommend the 150 buy same company first befour jumping straight 200 edit had grippers for a wile now still amazing now closing 300lb highly recommended getting them
