Great service
First one ordered came with a minor crack in the top plastic part where the puck goes. I contacted the merchant and they immediately sent a replacement of the entire puck display which was without flaws. Of course it is not real wood, but it looks nice and the engraving was as expected.

Nice looking case at a great price!
The product looks even nicer in person. Well worth the price. I got mine with an engraved plaque and it still shipped in 2 days. I had to call about something and their customer service was excellent.
