Lady Madison Wall to Wall Bathroom Carpet, 5' X 6' Brown

I compare this with the cut-to-fit bath carpet that I have purchased over the years and it is not the same. It is easy to cut but it is thin and is not the thick, fuzzy carpet that I have gotten in the past. I believe that I have always purchased from JCPenney in the past but this time I could not find the item when I search their Web site. The other thing is that it was shipped folded and that left creases. I spread it out on the hardwood floor and walked on it as often as possible, along the creases, and it eventially flattened out. I also had to take it up for a while and then I folded it so that the creases folded the opposite way. I was not in a hurry to get the carpet installed and now it is cut and in place. It still looks thin and one can see "streaks" in it - not the full, plush carpet that I am used to. There was at least one other place to order the carpet and I guess that I could have gotten it from both places, compared them and sent the poorest one back, but I did not. I have not tried to wash it in the washing machine. The carpet I have had in the past did fine but it remains to be seen how this one comes through that experience. So it is in and as the three star rating says, "It's okay."

I would only use this wall to wall bathroom carpet in a case of emergency, such as I had my daughter & her new husband came over to spend the week-end with me. The wall to wall carpet I had in the bathroom was horrible so my husband took it up! When I look at the bare floor in the bathroom, I just knew I had to replace it with something else. So I looked online for amazon.com and came cross the kind of rug I was looking for, ( you know you are always take a chance when you can't see the product upfront). When I got the item which was a quick delivery as usual with amazon, at first it appeared to be well, then all of a sudden as i started cutting it, it start to tear up.The carpet was affordable but the quality of it was bad, what can I say, it served the purpose for the weekend!

Item was cheap and you get what you pay (as I expected). Delivery was as stated; color is as shown; non-slip backing is very thin and will slip if double back tape is not attached. It serves my purpose, but would be careful in recommending it.

They sent an AWFUL brown color, and said it was my fault, when I chose Blue and Burgandy. Instead I got 2 yukky brown carpets. When I saw them, it was not only a bad color, but bad texture, bad quality, and I promptly returned them. It cost me $40 to return them and then another $15 in nonrefundable shipping costs from them. More than half the purchase price forfeited in shipping costs which I did not feel I should have been responsible for. I not only rate the carpet badly, but the seller even worse! Do not buy from them!

I've ordered bathroom carpet before from JC Penney however I no longer get the big book and they do not sell online that I could find. So I came to Amazon. Carpet was delivered in a timely manner, however it "mats" down badly. Always loks flat and dirty.

Wish I had listened to the other reviewers who said how poor the quality is. The rug is so thin and the pile is flat. I tried to brush it to make it look fluffy which didn't work. It looks like old, worn out carpeting. I am so very disappointed as I, too, have had quality wall to wall bathroom carpeting previously.

It came within 24 hours, fit perfectly in our bathroom, and really made the bathroom a more comfortable place. Highly recommend this!
