Foster Grant Men's Wes Multifocus Reading Glasses Rectangular

These Foster Grants are great readers and general vision glasses around the house do to their multi-focus design. In may ways, they are similer to progressive focus prescription lenses. This particular model is made from metal frames, to they are much sturdier and longer lasting than other models that have plastic frames.

I love my new $35 multi-focus Foster Grant reading glasses BETTER than my $400 prescription glasses for reading, using my tablet and my computer. I still use my Rx glasses for driving, but in the house, I switch to the $35 Foster Grants for BETTER (by far) vision - at least for me. I can't promise the same for you - but if you are far sighted - these might be a good solution for you too.

Fantastic quality

These are almost perfect for me. Actually, they are 2/3 perfect. For my eyesight, I need the top to be clear with no adjustments. Perhaps that is not even possible, but the reading at bottom is excellent, the computer at mid level is also excellent. Just still have to look over top... if they gradually went clear, they'd deserve 10 STARS. Perhaps I'm being too picky, but maybe it will help someone in similar circumstances.Again, these are a nice product at a great buy.

I have tried over 20 pairs of glasses on Amazon and these are the best. The multi-zone actually works. I have found 1.75 to be about the strongest strength you can while keeping the distance viewing still perfectly in focus. The 2.00 works better for me if I plan to be around the house or on the computer, but I would not recommend wearing the 2.00 to view a concert or sporting event. At 1.75, everything works perfectly. Close up objects are nice a clear and far objects remain perfectly in focus. Other muti-focus glasses suffer from ghosting images due to the way the glasses bend light, but I barely notice it with these glasses. (Something about the shape of them.)These glasses are a bit on the heavy side, but not uncomfortable at all.

My optometrist said $180 to replace the scratched lens in my old bifocals, so instead I ordered the Foster Grant Multifocus Glasses. They fit great, I can see great, I like the look, and they saved me $$$. Thank you Amazon for another great product.

The multifocal feature is excellent in these glasses. The glass case was the only negative, and is garbage.

Se me extraviaron mis lentes y no me podía esperar 2 semanas a por los nuevos.Era algo escéptico pero me sorprendió mucho el producto que recibí.Es un verdadero progresivo y me adapté inmediatamente. Me sirvió para leer, para la computadora y para manejar en la noche. Hasta tiene un un antireflejante por ambos lados.el armazón es metálico y de buena calidad. Lo único es que es algo pequeño entonces a cada rato se me escurrían sobre mi nariz.Los guarde como respaldo en caso de nuevo extravío o deterioro. Incluso, los nuevos de tengo que Opticas Lux no le llegan en visión a media distancia (40 cm < x < 1 m)Muy recomendable si necesitan unas correciones parecidas (yo tengo +2.5 en lectura y 0.75 en miopía). No se gasten 4,000-5,000 Pesos antes de probar primero estos. Siempre los pueden regresar si no les quedan o guardarlos para una emergencia. vienen con estuche y toallita para limpiar

El aspecto progresivo funciona bastante bien, aunque la parte superior donde corrección debe ser 0 tiene un poco de distorsión así que no es cómodo para vista larga (también tuve este mismo problema con lentes que mandé a hacer con características parecidas asi que quizas es inevitable). Como quiera hay que quitar y poner, pero menos.Lo malo es que el armazón solo aguanta los cristales con poca presión porque no tienen tornillos, así que se salen facilmente. Además en un lado se ve un pequeño espacio entre el cristal y el armazón.

Son lentes pre-graduados no es fácil atinarle a un lente progresivo. Es buena marca y muy buenos cuando los he comprado físicamente. Sin embargo me sacaron de la emergencia de necesitar unos lentes para leer.

Buena calidad, justo lo que buscaba poder leer y ver a lo lejos sin necesidad de quitar los lentes, unica pega es que son algo estrechos y si los usas mucho tiempo lastiman en la sien

Being able to focus close for reading, mid for keyboard, and far for computer monitor is everything you'll ever need. I have 6 pairs of these now.
