Broken plug.
While this is a good panel the plug has a clip that broke before I even used it in the field.

Great solar panel and light weight.
This product works great! I purchased the compatible extension cord in addition to this so that I can use this on a roof and have the cord run in through a window into the room below to charge my devices. This way I can have my devices out of direct sunlight when charging. The only thing I would highly recommend is to follow their instructions on rolling it up (no tighter than being able to put a soda can in the middle), otherwise you will end up damaging it to the point that it will not function!
