can I put a small LED light inside (tea light candle)?

Before I mounted mine I dropped it on concrete and the skull broke open where the brain would be. It is hallowed and not very thick. Maybe if you could find a very bright led to put in it that might put out some light but could not tell you how well that could work. Good luck with your project.

is this one the same of human size?

No, it's somewhat smaller than a human size skull, but like it so much, I brought three of them. Great looking skull and I like the price to.

Does it have bloody details?

not really they are a little aged looking and one skull I received did have some red tint to it but it was smaller than all the rest and think that is was a mistake.
