The clips for the laptop do not grip the computer tightly enough. otherwise i like the product. how can i make my laptop more secure?

How do you tighten the tension on the last arm that goes up and down? It will not hold my laptop up without sliding down. 16 pounds max. Thank you :)

The arm kit came supplied with a "T" shaped allen wrench which is inserted into the arm joint and either tightened or loosened according to the weight of the laptop. Get a flashlight and peek into the arm joint area and you will see the allen wrench socket.
