Does it work on black skin

Sorry I'm not black. However I have had some issues with reactions to other products. So I started using No 7 about 3 yrs ago. I have never had any reactions. My skin has been dry as I get older and this keeps my face soft all the time. It is a very good product.

Is this paraben free?

No it isn't. The FDA did approve this product, it does contain very low levels of paraben and still safe for use.

Does anyone know what No. 7 product helps reduce brown spots on the face?

Don't.have answer. The product (NO 7) I PURCHASED IS THE BEST I'VE EVER TRIED.
