It leaks a bit

Bought this item 10 days back. For cold pack, this item is very comfortable. However, for hot pack, it cannot be heated in microwave. It has to be immersed in hot water, wait for it's contents to get hot and then only use. The use as hot pack is therefore cumbersome and ineffective. So, I had to to use only the usual hot water rubber bag which is effective. So this product, effectively is ONLY a cold pack.

Good product

The media could not be loaded. This kind of damage needs to be reported. It's just so irresponsible on the part of Amazon and the seller to deliver damaged mefical product. It could be so dangerous. Kids could even swallow the chemical liquid leaking from the cool pad.

have only tried it cold,and plan to keep it that way,so I am happy with the product

I thought it has the gel feature which doesn't allow it to solidify but it's not that product.After 2 hrs of freezing you will get a mixture of crushed ice n liquid but more than 2 hrs it solidifies.Though it maintains the real motive i.e cooling n it's leak proof.If you want to take it as gel/liquid then only refrigerate it.
