Essential Product
After years of keeping crickets I've found this to be the best way to hydrate them without drowning them. I just keep a plastic spoon in the jar and refill as needed- they will desiccate depending on how dry the air is and the crickets will use more when it is hotter. The product does last a very long time though. Even a small container like this will last months with large crickets in summertime in my area. Compared to other products I have to buy for my various animals the price of this stuff is negligible.

It worked like I assumed it would. It quenched my crickets. There honestly isn't much to say except that the price was pretty reasonable.

It Works Well
Keeps crickets happy and hydrated before they are consumed. No mess. Good product overall. I have used several other Fluker's products all ordered on Amazon and I'm very satisfied with their quality.

Great way to keep crickets watered, but not the most economical
I've been thinking about starting my own cricket colony for some time and had read some reviews that this cricket quencher worked well. It definitely does! I had lots of happy crickets. Just a thought though, you don't really need to buy this product to keep your crickets hydrated. If you are interested in saving a bit of money, just google how to keep your crickets watered.

easy to use
Purchased this for my hissing cockroaches I had bought from Josh's Frog's. In all honesty, I've never seen my little friends eating it so I'm wondering if they aren't getting all their needed moisture from their diet. Other than that it's cheap, easy to use, safe, and when the gel dries out you can throw a little water in to the dish and rehydrate it. Would definitely recommend.

Great product that doesn't ship well
Great product for keeping crickets hydrated. The crickets seem to like it, and my son's bearded dragon appreciates the nice, plump crickets.Shipping, however, needs some work. The lid had come off in shipment, and the cricket quencher spilled out into the box. Fortunately, I was able to scoop most of it back into the jar.
