Perfect nice quality. I am very happy as I wasn't able to find it in the market even in ayurveda shop near me i couldn't. And when earlier i did, it wasn't as much of good quality and quantity as they gave me here.

Don't buy this to eat; the taste is terrible and it's clearly meant for hair/skin masks. The quality is also poor-it's uncleaned and many pieces still contain the seeds. Stick to using this for DIY beauty treatments only
